Please be sure to check the goods upon acceptance. If you find that the package is damaged or the goods are damaged, please point out and reject the goods on to express company and then make appeal to the customer service center(Email:[email protected])


When you receive the goods, please carefully check the receipt and whether the goods are consistent with packing list. If you find the goods are missing or damaged, please contact the customer service center.


If recipient signs, it is deemed as the goods are accepted by itself.


For all the issue other than your acceptance of the order, please make sure to contact the customer service center within 5 days after receiving the goods

Note:

If the express company delivers the goods for several times because of the recipient, the recipient may or bear the expenses for the re-delivery iin accordance with express company policy.

If you notice the package is damaged, take photos of the package and reject the package. After you reject the package, contact the service center.

If you accept the package, afterwards, you want to cancell the order. All related fees shall be born by the buyer.
